And You Wonder Why Arizona Passed The Law on Illegal Immigration

Hey everyone out there!

We, in Arizona , know you're boycotting us -- but you really should
come out here and see our Beautiful Sonoran Desert .

It's just gorgeous right now! We know you'd love it and maybe you
can share what you saw with the rest of the country so they can
love it too!

This is on an 'illegal super - highway' from Mexico to the USA ( Tucson ) used
by human smugglers.

This area is located in a wash, approximately 1.5 miles long, just south of
Tucson , Arizona . If a flood came, all this would be washed to the river and
then onto the sea!

It is estimated over 5,000 discarded backpacks are in this wash. Countless
water containers, food wrappers, clothing, feces, including thousands of
soiled baby diapers. And as you can see in this picture, fresh footprints
leading right into it.

As we kept walking down the wash, we thought for sure it was going to end, but around
every corner was more and more trash!

And of course the trail leading out of the wash in our city, heads directly NORTH to
Tucson ,then leads to your town tomorrow.

They've already come through here. Isn't Arizona just beautiful, America ?
Why would you boycott us???

Our desert has basically been turned into a landfill.

The trash left behind by people illegally crossing our border is another
Environmental Disaster to hit the USA .

If these actions had been done in one of our Northwest Forests or Seashore
National Parks areas, there would be an uprising of the American people.....
but this is the Arizona-Mexican border.

You won't see these pictures on CNN, ABC, NBC or the Arizona Republic
Repugnant newspaper. Nor will they mention the disease that comes from
the uncovered human waste left in our desert.

However, with respect to CNN, ABC & NBC, they do offer us "Special Reports"
on cheating celebrity spouses....
This information needs to be seen by the rest of the country.

Time To Fire Your Government Employees

Please use the links below to see how your employee (senator) voted, there is a link for each state. If they voted Nay and that was not what you wanted then FIRE them in the election. Here in PA that election is May 18th, 2010. Then please pass this to everyone you know.

We need to remember THEY work for US not the other way around. We hire them with our vote, we can fire them with our vote.

Subject: Audit the Fed defeated - find out how your senators voted

May 11, 2010

Dear C4L Member,

Below is the press release Campaign for Liberty is sending to all major media outlets in reaction to the Senate defeating Senator David Vitter's Audit the Fed amendment to the Dodd Fed Empowerment Act.

CLICK HERE to see how your senators voted.

If your senators voted yes, thank them for their vote to Audit the Fed and tell them to oppose the Dodd Fed Empowerment Act.

If your senators voted no, tell them their vote puts them on the side of endless bailouts and continuing to allow the Federal Reserve to operate in secret after its reckless policies devastated our economy.

I nsist they vote against Dodd's Fed Empowerment Act.

In Liberty,

John Tate

President

******************

Full Fed Audit Amendment Voted Down in Senate

Washington, D.C., May 11, 2010 - Today, the U.S. Senate voted 62 to 37 against an amendment to allow greater transparency at the Federal Reserve.

This amendment was introduced to counter a weaker amendment that would have required only a one time audit just of Fed emergency programs. The new amendment was similar to the original H.R. 1207 audit bill introduced by Congressman Ron Paul and added to the House financial reform package.

"The Sanders Amendment is no substitute for a complete and thorough audit of the Fed," said John Tate, President of Campaign for Liberty. "With this vote , we now have a record of those who really want transparency and those who only pay lip-service to it while upholding the status quo."

If the entire financial regulation bill makes it out of the Senate, it heads to the House , where House Financial Services Committee Chairman Barney Frank will choose which version to move forward on.

“ The Dodd bill itself is just another bad piece of legislation, which will benefit no one except the Fed and its friends at big banks,” said Tate. “It institutionalizes bailouts for banks and subsidizes risky financial decisions .”

"Despite what happens with the financial regulation bill, we will continue pushing Congress for an up or down vote on H.R. 1207, which is the only full audit to allow true transparency in our financial system.”

Up in arms again over latest possible ban

Possible ban on menthol cigarettes has me up in arms again. Why? Yes I am a smoker but that's not the only reason. This is just like the ban of salt in food prep in the restaurant industries in NY state. Even if I was not a smoker I would still be pissed off! I don't use salt to cook with at home but why should some moronic law maker who is on a health kick decide for everyone else that the food prep should be done without salt everywhere? In the same token, why should some idiot in the FDA decide for me whether or not I should smoke? and if I smoke if I should be allowed to smoke menthol cigarettes??

DO YOU SEE WHAT I AM GETTING AT HERE PEOPLE????? WHERE IS OUR FREEDOM OF CHOICE GOING?????? WHY DO WE CONTINUE TO LET OTHER PEOPLE DECIDE WHAT CHOICES WE HAVE? WHY ARE WE LETTING OTHER PEOPLE DECIDE THE AMOUNT OF FREEDOM WE HAVE TO PURSUE LIFE LIBERTY AND HAPPINESS??????

O.k. I am done yelling now, to get back to the story. This ban has been kept hush hush until recently, now some of the talk shows are finally talking about it. This started about 2 years ago, I knew nothing about it, chances are neither did you! and some of you may STILL NOT KNOW, until now.

The federal governemnt (congress) passed legislation that gave the FDA the power to regulate cigarettes... "The legislation passed by Congress bans flavorings like chocolate and cherry, but excludes menthol-flavored cigarettes from the ban. The legislation, which is awaiting President Barack Obama's signature, calls for the FDA to examine the medical effects and marketing of menthol cigarettes and their impact on blacks, Hispanics, and other groups, with a report due back in 18 months. Based on these considerations, the FDA could either ban menthol cigarettes completely, order them to be phased out, or not take action."

Now the talk is that they will be banned because they seem to think that the menthol attracts more teenagers to start smoking.  UM HEEEELLLLOOOOOOO!!! we already have legislation stating that cigarettes can not be sold to anyone under 18 years old. ENFORCE IT!! It is so typical of the American government to just keep passing more and more laws banning this and that instead of enforcing the laws we already have.

The other part of the possible ban is because The African American consumption of menthol brands is said to be so high  because the media advertises the menthol brands much more the African American community. SO they have now turned into a racial thing.

Now let me explain something right here, I CHOOSE to smoke. I have told my family repeatedly should (notice I said SHOULD) I develope cancer they are not to sue the tobacco industry. I made a choice to smoke, I have to live or die with that choice. Personally I feel it is the same for the African Americans, they are making a choice to smoke, they have to take the consequences of that choice.  It all comes down to CHOICE people and being responsible for that choice that YOU make.

Here is in my opinion on the problem, banning of menthol cigarettes is just the start, then it will be cigarettes all together completely, then chewing tobacco, then cigars and that's just this particular field. I hear you saying well that doesn't bother me I am not a smoker.

When there is nothing left to ban as far as tobacco goes they will move on the next latest greatest health concern they deem to be for the good of the American public. So what will it be next? Maybe something that does hit you personally, chocolate, coffee, beer, toilet paper, tea, popcorn, candy, nuts, pepsi, coke, mountain dew.... go ahead laugh now but wait you wont be laughing in a few years.

Yes I chose what seem to be rather harmless items, chocolate, toilet paper, nuts, popcorn... you're thinking well why would any of those be banned .. well why should any of our choices be taken away from us? why should we allow others to ban things in the first place.

Now I hear you with the whole gun thing but people answer this honestly and I mean honestly, have you ever seen a gun walk up on little gun legs and pull its trigger with little gun hands and kill someone? If you're answering honestly the answer is NO. The gun did not kill someone on its own, it was the person holding the gun. Yes children have had accidental shootings but again that goes back to the gun owner not being responsible and they should pay a price for that lack of responsibility not the entire country.

I hate to be a broken record but it seems I have to be, When is enough , enough? When is the American public going to wake up and start fighting back? I just hope it is before it is too late and there are no freedoms left anymore. Maybe it is time to stop playing games and start reading up and researching into what your government is doing for you!

Read up on the possible menthol ban...

Snow?? Are you kidding me?

Woke up to snow on the ground this morning, are you kidding me??? what the hell is this crap? I thought spring was here.

I have my containers for vegetable garden, and some of my seeds. Waiting on plants to come and then need to get potting soil. 3 to 4 weeks I can start the seeds so they can be put in the containers outside the middle of may. I'm looking forward to fresh vegetables this year. If they go well this year will invest in a couple more containers for next year and do an herb container along with more vegetables. Eventually I want to have enough vegetables to freeze and make home made spaghetti sauce.

Hopefully they will grow well this year.

Back from our trip

Back from our trip and ready to go for a while.

Am quite happy to see the States suing the Federal Government for this constitutional travesty they call health reform. 36 states so far.

Health Care Reform Bill Passed

Well we are all pretty much screwed now. I just hope the American people now wake up and realize what a travesty this past presidential election turned out to be. For those who voted for Obama, all I can say is... how is that hope and change working out for you? Or maybe I should wait to ask that until you discover just how much this worthless health care reform is going to cost you out of pocket and what kind of wait you will have to deal with to get your health care if this reform goes through the senate as well. Find out how your employees voted, http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2010/03/22/house-roll-health-care-overhaul/

You will then no longer have the right to pick and choose who you will get your health insurance from, you will have to buy from person A at more than person B. A better example here is that you are going to be told you must buy broccoli from farmer A instead of farmer B and you must buy it regardless of the fact that you don't even like broccoli, if you don't buy it you will be fined and/or put in prison. You think I am kidding you but I am not. Read up people.

Now wake up and start firing your employees (IE congress and senators, president) they do work for you. You hire them by election and you can fire them by election.
This time do your research, just like hiring an employee do the background research look at experience etc.

So much to do so little time

So much to do, so little time. That seems to be my life these days. Always something more to do for someone. Maybe I need a couple clones to do the dirty work and then I can do the fun stuff.

Weather is rainy the next 2 days but its better than snow! I have had my fill of that white crap for this yr. Looking for robins to appear any day at that point then I can say spring is making it's entrance.

Time to get at it, try to get some of this stuff done.

Where does it end???

Paul Frumkin reports in Nation's Restaurant News that New York Assemblyman Felix Ortiz has introduced a bill that would ban the use of salt in the preparation of restaurant food across the state.
So where does it end? If the smoking ban is any indication it doesn't end, and it's all in the name of your health.  Unless of course the American people DEMAND that it ends and DEMAND their rights back.
If we don't stand up now , there will be nothing left to stand up for.  I can assure you the more you allow them to do these bans on what may seem harmless to you right now, the more they will ban and eventually there will be no rights left to ban because we will no longer be living in a democracy but in a state of tyranny.
How do you put a stop to this nonsense? First write or call your state reps, and tell them your tired of freedoms that many men and women have died to protect being banned. Second when its time to vote, vote these idiots out of office, demand term limits, and for Pete's sake DO YOUR RESEARCH ON WHOM YOU ARE VOTING FOR! That means looking at voting records of candidates, looking at their job performance, evaluating what is important and what is irrelevant in their work, after all THEY DO WORK FOR US. We are the ones who hire them by electing them in the first place. So fire them and hire people who will stop this nonsense and make sure they can only serve the time set with term limits.
Time to wake up people. Start doing your home work, demand your rights back, and demand term limits. It's time for each of us to start firing the people we hire who aren't doing their jobs. It's time to look over the resumes of those applying in a harder much more skeptical manner and making sure through checking like an employer that they are not lying to us on their resume.

I cant seem to get anyone else to post the radio blog so its all on me. I really wonder why I keep doing this.

Very long day

Ok lack of sleep and lack of sunshine is killing me. I hate winter and seasonal depression.
The dog better let me sleep tonight. I am going to take him out and head to bed. Tomorrow is a new day and maybe just maybe some of my promoting will pay off.

It's going to be a long day

The dog had me up at 4am again. It's snowing and I'm feeling blah from lack of sunshine. Yes I have seasonal depression so the last thing I want to see when I look out the window is more of that white shit coming down!  Especially the really fine stuff that comes down quickly like we just had the past few days that left us with between 18 and 24 inches of the crap, but that's exactly what I see when I look out the window with my bleary tired eyes. UGH! . I hate winter! I need my sunshine and warmth.

Then I also need sleep, you know that thing called sleep that seems to be so hard for me to find.  Even when I do get to sleep I get woke up for one thing or another and then forget it I'm up.

Well enuff my ranting. Time to make some breakfast here soon then Im going back to bed.

GRRRRR I Knew It Wouldnt Last

I knew the great weather wouldn't last but come on this is ridiculous! I hate winter. We just got hit for the past 2 days with between 18 and 24 inches of snow! BLAH!!

Jessi's car pretty much burried. She did good though shoveling the walkway and digging out her car by herself!

Yes yes it looks so pretty but you don't have to shovel this white shit! and thanks to Jessi neither did I. Thank you kid love ya.

Here's hoping spring gets here soon.

Spring is coming

Spring is on the way!! Thank God! Today is a beautiful day even though it is still not warm enough to spend any time outside. The sun is shinning melting the snow that is left. I know it wont last more snow will be here soon but at least for today my it brightens my spirits.

I've got a few things accomplished today especially with my website. Looking forward to getting it all remodeled and updated. Of course after 5pm tomorrow evening I wont get much done, Miss Olivia will be home again for a week. Who ever come up with 5 day split custody should have been shot. The child suffers for it because the child doesn't even have a home. They get shifted back and forth like they are unwanted baggage in storage moved here and moved there. There is absolutely no stability for the child at all. Shakes head.

Well I guess I better get some fresh coffee started and get back to work on my site if I want to get it done soon.

A new day

A new day and the sun will be rising soon. Going to have me a cup of fresh coffee as soon as it's done then I need to run the vacuum and do a few other things around the house before I start working on my website. Got the lay out for the remodel of my website done on paper now I just have to put it together online. Will be djing tonight at 7pm on Phoenix Family Radio.

Disgusted with this whole "performance tax" the RIAA is trying to push on local radio stations. If you haven't heard about it, check the previous post and get involved! I will be writing my representatives today. Then I am going to see if I can get in touch with the head of the local broadcasters association to see what we can do on line to help the cause besides sending letters. The RIAA needs to be told to go pound sand. They are not helping anyone but themselves (record labels) in fact I am sure there are plenty of fans like myself out there that they are alienating from buying music even. I was going to order some cds this week but I have decided no more music purchases until this whole performance tax is shot down!

Well that's my day, I hope what ever you have planned , that you have a wonderful day!!

Performance Tax on Local Radio Stations

In case you haven't heard the news, the RIAA is at it again. This time around they want to levy a performance tax on local radio stations.  If we owners and operators both of terrestrial and internet radio stations, as well as the listeners of said stations,  do not take a united front on this, we all lose. The local radio stations and the internet stations will not be able to afford to stay on the air if these ridiculous performance taxes are allowed to pass in Washington.

When the RIAA went after the internet radio stations a couple years ago, we ran ads on our stations and had an organized day of silence in protest, we called and wrote our state representatives, we passed the information on to our friends and family to do the same until it was clear that the RIAA was not going to win and gave up. It is now time to stand once again united and say NO! NO!! NOO!!! Loud and clear NO more taxes on our radio stations!

Get involved now!!
